Full automation of a large multilingual catalogue: from Excel to live cloud data, linked directly to InDesign.
GDW Towbars managed all product information in Excel. Translating that into the catalogue happened page by page manually in InDesign. With hundreds of pages, that meant a high error rate, huge time loss and a knock-on effect with every last-minute change.
We migrated the Excel data to a dynamic Google Sheet, linked it to EasyCatalog in InDesign, set up a multilingual structure and gave the team hands-on training so they can continue independently.
