Maison Jules Veilinghuis regularly organises auctions and periodically publishes a catalogue of the items up for sale.
Every auction needs a new catalogue: lot numbers, descriptions and prices from their system (Excel export), plus photos from a local folder. Placing all of that manually in InDesign was slow, error-prone and the same repetitive job every time.
We linked the Excel export to EasyCatalog templates and let images pull in automatically from the local folder. Layout and processing stayed intentionally simple: a fast, focused setup. After short training, someone with no InDesign or EasyCatalog experience could continue independently.
